MCP16251T-I/CH Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving SOT-23-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TJ when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.82V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.8V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 100mA Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 100mA Switch.
