MCP1642B-18I/MC Overview


Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1MHz. Input voltage 0.65V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.8V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 800mA. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. An input voltage of 1.2V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As part of the MCP1642 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 1.8V volts. 8 pins are used for switching regulator operation.
