MCP19215T-E/S8 Overview
Capsuled in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 4.5V~42V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. Switching can be done at 31.25kHz~2MHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start.
