MCP639T-E/ML Overview


There is a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months. Buffer amplifier has a total of 16 pins on it. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 2.5V. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 16 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 1.8mV.
