In the package, you will find a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad-case to contain the op amp ic. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 8 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 3V.
