Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. There is a voltage supply of 4.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits.
