MD1711FG Overview
For greater flexibility, the LQFP package is adopted.The configuration is supported by 12 drivers.There are 48 terminations to form the base of its configuration.A supply voltage of 3.3V is required for operation.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.For operation, 1.8V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 5.5V.Powered by 2mA volts, it operates on a constant current.
