There is greater flexibility with the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is supported by 4 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~13V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.Temperature range -25°C~125°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.It's configured with 16 terminations.Under its base part number MD1812, various related parts can be found.The mount method is Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 16 pins.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.The interface IC of the device is AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.According to its maximum power dissipation, 2.2W is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.With a voltage of 7mA, it operates with a constant current.When 100kHz is used frequently, efficiency can be improved.
