MIC2125YML-T5 Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~28V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 200kHz~750kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position.
