MIC2125YML-TR Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 4.5V~28V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~750kHz position. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good for efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V. MIC2125 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 4.5V. It should be fully noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 28V input voltage at most. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 85 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability. To better satisfy the need, DC to DC voltage regulator has a value of OUTPUT VOLTAGE FROM 0.6V TO 24V. The dc to dc voltage regulator belongs to the HyperLight Load? series.
