MIC2199YML Overview


Capsuled in the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 12-MLF? package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tray. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.5V~32V and has a 4.5V~32V supply voltage. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. In addition to "MIC2199", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find.
