MIC2772-S3S3YML-TR Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. IC management is packaged as a 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 8-MLF? package. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. A supply voltage of 2 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. 8 pins make up the power management. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain, Open Drain of output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MIC2772, the base power ics number.
