MIC2774L-28YM5-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. IC management is possible to find a succession of 2 voltages that have been checked. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. Power managment ic pin count is 5. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.5V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Complementary. It is always advisable to use MIC2774, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
