MIC2782DLYCS-TR Overview
Packaging is in the form of a Cut Tape (CT). Please refer to power management for 6-UFBGA, WLCSP functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. Pin count of the power management is 6. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.5V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 2.2μA supply current present in the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MIC2782, the base power ics number.
