MIC33030-GYHJ-TR Overview


As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 10 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-PowerTFDFN, 10-MLF? package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 8MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. Featuring a 400mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements. The MIC33030 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.8V volts. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 1.8V at least. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this electronic voltage regulator 12v is part of the HyperLight Load? family. Switching regulators with the ALSO OPERATES IN PFM MODE feature are more efficient and stable.
