MIC38C43BMM Overview


It comes in a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 7.6V~20V and has a 7.6V~20V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 500kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Frequency Control is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 8 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 15V. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 8.2V. A maximum voltage of 30V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage. A maximum value of 0.5A is output for current.
