MIC38C45BN Overview


As a result of 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. A 7.6V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller can be switched at 500kHz. Through Hole makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Frequency Control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 8 terminations. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 15V. dc dc voltage regulators should have a minimum input voltage of 8.2V. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 30V input voltage. The output value is set to the greatest value of 0.5A.
