In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.In the device, there are 16 pins.An output current as high as 3A can be achieved at maximum power.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.There is a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.Mosfet gate drivers is outputting a current of 3A.
