MIC4467ZWM Overview
For greater flexibility, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is supported by 4 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA.Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4467.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.There are 16 pins available in the device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.2A.There are 4 outputs integrated for its basis.The output current supported by the device is 1.2A.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 0°C.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.
