For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~32V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4479.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 2.5A.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.
