MIC4575-3.3WU Overview
As a result of the use of the Bulk package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3.3V volts. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1.7A Switch output current.
