Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 200kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.23V.
