The 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 5.5V~16V.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.There are various related parts under its base part number MIC4605.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 10 when designing the chip.An output current as high as 1A can be achieved at maximum power.There can be a voltage up to 108V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.The supply voltage of 16V is its maximum value for operation.The supply voltage of 5.25V is its minimum value for operation.As a result, a voltage of 1.9V is produced.
