MIC6315-40D3UY-TR Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted.
