MIC803-30D4VM3-TR Overview
In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~125°C TJ. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 4.5μA. It is always advisable to use MIC803, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
