MIC803-40D3VM3-TR Overview
Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. In this IC management you will find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for you to refer to. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. 3 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended.
