MIC803-41D2VC3-TR Overview
This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). There are SC-70, SOT-323 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. This power management system has 3 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TJ . When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 4.5μA supply current present in the power management. You can always use MIC803, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
