MIC803-41D2VM3-TR Overview
In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. There are TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TJ. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. There is a 4.5μA supply current present in the power management. You can always use MIC803, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
