MIC812TUY-TR Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. 4 pins make up the power management. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA.
