MKL25Z128VFM4 Description

MKL25Z128VFM4 belongs to the Kinetis? KL2x family of ultra-low-power MCUs designed based on Arm? Cortex?-M0+ core and a full-speed USB 2.0 On-the-Go (OTG) controller or a full-speed crystal-less USB 2.0 device controller. MKL25Z128VFM4 microcontroller is compatible with Kinetis K20 MCUs (based on Arm? Cortex?-M4), so as to provide a migration path to lower and higher performance and feature integration.

With the new compute mode, peripherals can be placed in an asynchronous stop mode to reduce dynamic power.
