MLX91205KDC-AAL-003-SP Overview
The current sensors are put into 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages for safety protection. A Bulk is used to protect the current sensors against damage. In these current sensors, the maximum output current should be 16mA. There should not be an increase in current supplied by current sensors above 16mA. In order for these current sensors to function properly, the operating temperature must not be below -40°C. But the maximum operating temperature for current sensors should be set to 125°C.
