Current sensors are housed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages to ensure their safety. In order to protect these current sensors, the Bulk is used to protect them. These current sensors should supply 12mA current at their maximum. Current sensors should supply no more current than 12mA.
