In order to prevent damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages are used for safety reasons to protect magnetic switches. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 4.5mA as the maximum current. Magnet switches must be able to output 75mA current.
