Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space-saving SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
