Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.As a maximum, there is 2.5A limit to the output current.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 100V.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.
