The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in MAPBGA. A 266MHz frequency is used by the CPU. For functions of 473 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 32b bandwidth. The microprocessor should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 105°C.
