MRMS215H-001 Overview

For protection against damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 15μA as the maximum current. This switch is capable of supplying a maximum current of 15μA. The magnetic switches can operate at 85°C. For this magnetic switch to function, the operating temperature should not be lower than -40°C.
