MRMS215L-001 Overview


During packaging, the magnetic switch is protected against damage with the Tape & Reel (TR). A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. The magnetic switches can supply a maximum current of 15μA for good performance. The maximum current supplied by these switches can be 15μA. Magnetic switches can be operated at a maximum operating temperature of 85°C. For this magnetic switch to function, however, the operating temperature cannot be below -40°C.
