MRUS52F Overview

An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Cut Tape (CT) in order to protect it against damage. In order to protect the switches from damage, they are packaged in SOT-23-3 Flat Leads packages. As a maximum current, the magnetic switches can supply 40μA. These switches are capable of supplying a maximum current of 40μA. There is 85°C maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches. In order for this magnetic switch to work, the operating temperature must not be below -40°C.
