MT9V022IA7ATC-DR1 Overview
Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 54.4 dB. A 1/3 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. There is a maximum voltage that can be supplied by image sensors of 3.6V. The minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should, however, be 3V. Image sensors should not be exposed to temperatures greater than 85°C. These electronic parts should, however, have a temperature greater than -40°C. It is possible for image sensors to carry a current of 60mA at their maximum when they are operating.
