MT9V138C12STC-DP Overview


There should be a dynamic range of 74.8 dB on the image sensor. Image sensor optical format is 1/4 inch. Sensors can supply voltages up to 1.9V. The minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should, however, be 1.7V. Image sensors should not be exposed to temperatures greater than 70°C. It is recommended, however, that the temperature of these electronic parts be above -30°C. When in operation, image sensors can carry a maximum current of 50mA.
