MTAPD-06-005 Overview


To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 120V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 120V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 50pA current.
