MTAPD-06-012 Overview


These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-46-3 Metal Can packages. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 160V voltage per photodiode. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 160V. The photodiode operates at 200pA current even in the absence of light input.
