MTAPD-06-014 Overview


In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-2 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 160V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 160V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 400pA current.
