MTAPD-06-016 Overview


The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-3 Metal Can packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 160V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 160V continuously in reverse-bias mode. There is 400pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
