MTAPD-07-001 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Strip to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 3-LCC packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 200V if it is continuously reverse-biased. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 200V permanently. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 400pA current.
