MTAPD-07-005 Overview


As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Strip. Photodiodes are protected by 3-LCC packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 200V. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 200V for the photodiodes. The current in a photodiode is 500pA even when there is no light input.
