MTAPD-07-010 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Strip to prevent damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 3-LCC packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 200V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 200V for the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 200pA current even if no light is provided.
