MTAPD-07-012 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Strip to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 6-LCC packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 200V voltage. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 200V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 200pA current.
