MTAPD-07-013 Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Strip to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 3-LCC packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 200V voltage. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 200V in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 400pA current.
